Prevention & Screening  Breast Self-Exam
The American Cancer Society recommends that women begin Breast Self Examination (BSE) in their twenties.
Regular self-examinations will familiarize young women with the look and feel of their normal breasts, and allow them to bring any changes to the attention of their physician.
